Mercedes Cars
Elegance and class are the words that spring to mind when talking about Mercedes cars. New, Used or Prototype, you are guaranteed to have a beautifully manufactured vehicle. From the CLK range to the SLK range, Mercedes has it all. Many are led to believe that although elegant and easy on the eye that the people at Mercedes cannot produce razor sharp cars that would attract the higher end of sports car buying. Well they are wrong. The SLR in my opinion can compete with virtually any car currently out there in the market. I describe it as being a cross between a Lamborghini, Ferrari, Aston Martin and a BMW all rolled into one! The fact is that the SLR is truly a magnificent vehicle and one that has a price tag to match. The thing about used Mercedes cars is that whilst they are undoubtedly aimed at the older generation of drivers, they do in fact cater for all. The belief among many, as mentioned above is that due to their vehicles being quite expensive top end, the company only caters for the more sophisticated of drivers. However, that is certainly not the case and the introduction of modernised auto’s like the SLR have put that theory to bed. Read the rest of this post »

In the car supermarket sector, with its turnover going drastically down, every sales man is trying to sell a new car to see his company staying afloat. As a result, we may feel somehow surprised to see banners advertising car manufacturers as if they were cosmetics producers. Hard and strange times demand strange, not to say controversial, selling methods. Read the rest of this post »

Cars at Supermarkets – Where From?
Probably every single driver in the United Kingdom is aware of the existence of car supermarkets and the wide availability of cars for sale that they display. Everyone knows that due to high volumes of cars these companies sell, they are able to trade at discounted prices. But what is it about the origin of cars? Where do they get the cheaper cars from? There is a vast variety of sources indeed. Firstly, car manufacturers who will offer larger discounts to organisations that commit to purchasing large volumes of new vehicles. Car supermarkets are just fine examples of such organisations. Most car producers also have their approved used cars programs in which car supermarkets are the medium in the used cars sales process. Next in the hierarchy of suppliers’ popularity are wholesalers. They purchase vehicles in bulk and usually sell them on to car supermarkets at fantastically low prices so that buyers at these car supermarkets may benefit from discounted prices in the next turn.
